This includes, but is not limited to, using the name of an artist, band, venue, or organization as your username or display name, or using their biography, profile information, links, photos, logos, avatars, or other identifying materials in a way that could mislead others into believing that your account is official, authorized, affiliated with, or operated by that artist, band, venue, organization, or entity. Concert Archives reserves the right to remove or modify any account information or Content, restrict account functionality, or suspend or terminate accounts that we believe violate this rule.

Group Meetups

Concert Archives may provide features that allow users to create or join fan meetups in connection with concerts and related events ("Group Meetups"). Group Meetups may be initiated by users or by Concert Archives. All Group Meetups are intended solely to help fans connect in public settings and are subject to these Terms.

By participating in a Group Meetup, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • You participate in Group Meetups at your own risk. Concert Archives assumes no responsibility or liability for any interactions, activities, or outcomes that occur before, during, or after a Group Meetup.
  • Participants are solely responsible for exercising their own judgment and discretion regarding their personal safety and comfort in connection with any Group Meetup.
  • You agree to always conduct yourself respectfully and lawfully. Harassment, abuse, violence, discrimination, or other harmful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of your account.
  • Group Meetups should be organized and attended in public locations. Private residences or other non-public venues are strictly prohibited.
  • You should never share sensitive personal information (such as home addresses, financial details, or private account logins) with other users in connection with Group Meetups.
  • Concert Archives does not perform background checks on users. By using this feature, you acknowledge that participants have not been vetted by Concert Archives.

By creating or joining a Group Meetup, you further represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
  • You are not a convicted sex offender and have not been convicted of a violent, fraudulent, or dangerous crime.

Concert Archives reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove or restrict access to Group Meetups for any violation of these Terms or for any conduct that may pose harm to the community.

Links To Other Web Sites

Our Service may contain links to third party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Concert Archives

Concert Archives has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. We do not warrant the offerings of any of these entities/individuals or their websites.

You acknowledge and agree that Concert Archives shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such third party web sites or services.

By viewing YouTube content within Concert Archives you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If we become aware that one of our users is a repeat copyright infringer, it is our policy to take reasonable steps within our power to terminate that user.
